Project Management Officer

We are looking for a Project Management Officer who will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects related to the organization’s strategic initiatives within the Financial Services field.

Job Description

1. Manage strategic projects of payment solutions.
2. Responsible for clients’ needs and attends to fulfilling the clients’ requirements and expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D teams, marketing, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project align with regulatory requirements and business strategies.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and progress tracking.
5. Monitor and report on project status, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Oversee project performance, identifying risks and providing solutions to mitigate project challenges.
7. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
8. Manage budgeting and cost controls for the project, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
9. Conduct and participate in meetings with the clients for project planning, follow-up, and acceptance.
10. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. BS degree in the science or engineering fields; having an MS degree in managerial fields is a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-industry projects within the Financial Services field.
3. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels.
5. Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
6. Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
8. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
9. Demonstrated leadership in aligning projects with corporate strategies.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
