The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for planning and executing the company’s e-commerce strategy, managing both internal and external online business operations. This role involves handling e-commerce accounts, driving sales growth, forecasting demand, finalizing contracts and business development agreements (BDA), and coordinating with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless online operations, optimize sales performance, and contribute to the brand’s overall digital growth.
1. E-Commerce Business Management
Plan and execute online business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and others.
Ensure competitive product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
Drive sales performance through strategic planning and execution.
Monitor sales trends and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels.
Work with finance and supply chain teams to align stock availability with projected sales.
2. Contract & BDA Management
Negotiate and finalize agreements with online marketplaces and third-party vendors.
Ensure all agreements align with business objectives and profitability targets.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns and online promotions.
Work closely with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Coordinate with customer service to enhance the online shopping experience.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for better visibility and engagement.
Analyze data and trends to improve online sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field.
Years of Experience: 2-5 years in e-commerce sales.
Sector: FMCG or Retail.
Experience with local e-commerce platforms is a must.
