Project Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for managing projects with reference to planning, staffing, budgeting, preliminary and detailed design, construction management, commissioning, and handover of facilities for ongoing operations.

Take the lead in project design development and refinement of plans, schedules, budgets, and schedules.

Development of SOWs (Scope of Work) and WBS for projects.

Development of request for tender, request for proposal, and request for quotation.

Development of tender evaluation plans and participation in tender evaluations.
