Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our premises. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas are kept tidy, sanitized, and well-maintained to provide a safe and pleasant environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
3. Empty trash bins and replace liners.
4. Wipe down tables, windows, shelves, and other surfaces.

Sanitization & Hygiene

1. Use appropriate cleaning products and disinfectants.
2. Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stored and maintained.
3. Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and hazards.

Stock & Equipment Management

1. Monitor and refill soap, paper towels, and other hygiene supplies.
2. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
3. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly.

Other Duties

1. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
2. Follow company policies and procedures for cleaning and safety.

Requirements:

Education: No formal education required, but prior experience is a plus.

Experience: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.

Skills:

1. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
2. Good time management and efficiency.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings.
