Shift Schedule: 730a-530p

Call Schedule:

1. Nights
2. Weekend: Phone only (24-hr Call)

Call Volume: 5 calls per day

Patient Census: 15-21; Appointment: 3/4

Support staff: 1 clinic RN, 2 MAs, 2 front office clerks,1 quality analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs

Other Info:

1. Will work solo
2. There is a mid-level provider who helps with patient flow, orders, etc.
3. NP covers any infusions on Fridays and the occasional Friday appointment

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CA license
• BC in Oncology or Hematology
• BLS, ACLS
• CA DEA
• Clean Records
• Proof of COVID Vaccination
• Local (Highly Preferred)
