Conformity Analyst - Food Cosmetics Regulatory Support

Primary requirements

• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, EFSA, SFDA, GCC local municipality regulations) & other local regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regulations, UAE Food Law, Cosmetics regulations, EU CosIng, SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority), etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance issues.

Qualifications :

Profile / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in food safety or cosmetic regulations (optional but beneficial).

Experience / Technical knowledge

• 13 years of experience in food safety, cosmetic regulation, or quality assurance.
• Experience with laboratory testing, product safety assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
