Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and coordination skills, be proactive, and able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, as well as providing administrative support to all members of staff.

Duties:

  1. Manage and coordinate all office activities;
  2. Manage communication between departments;
  3. Ensure that all office supplies are stocked;
  4. Maintain records of all invoices;
  5. Manage and oversee the filing system;
  6. Ensure that all security protocols are adhered to;
  7. Develop and implement new administrative systems;
  8. Prepare reports as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not necessary;
  2. Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role;
  3. Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
  4. Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment;
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc);
  6. Immigrant friendly (we welcome applications from immigrants).

Salary: 1600 AED per month
