Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Service and Brand Representation:
   Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
   Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
   Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
   Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with brand standards.
   Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.
   Promote and upsell additional products, including new arrivals and key pieces.
   Maintain in-depth knowledge of Brunello Cucinelli products, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
2. Store Operations:
   Assist in maintaining the store visual standard and presentation.
   Participate in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
   Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
3. Product Knowledge:
   Stay informed about new product arrivals, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
   Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
