Position Summary

The Multimedia Designer will be supporting to drive the creative direction of brands and campaigns, create compelling and effective brand kits including videos, photos, print and digital media, and social media calendar. This position will be working closely with the Social Media and Creative teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Design multi-channel campaigns, concept boards, motion graphics, pitch decks, digital ads.
  • Apply brand/style guidelines and be able to establish or create guidelines when brands evolve, or a need arises.
  • Create mock ups, mood board or story board based on the requirement and scope of project.
  • Develop multimedia content such as videos, interactive social media content, branding and marketing content.
  • Perform in-depth research and gathering materials to create accurate animations and special effects.
  • Use design tools, animation software, and recording equipment to create audio, text, animation, and visual effects.
  • Take feedback from the team members and make changes accordingly.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders such as the Art Director, Social Media team, and clients on the client report and other critical milestones.
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

SET KPIS - QUARTERLY

  • Manage 4-5 accounts that are focused on photo, graphic and layout design, and video content.
  • Coordinate monthly strategy with PR and social media account leads.
  • Create mood boards as per client's brand or brief.
  • Oversee set and shoot styling, ensuring that brand and style requirements are on trend and within brand guidelines.
  • Take lead on the creation of a project/campaign.
  • Timely submission of all monthly deliverables.
  • Ensure excellent quality of the work.
  • Achieve 85% or higher client satisfaction ratings.
  • Host a minimum of 1 peer training per quarter.
