About The Job

• The primary role of an Operations Executive is to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes.
• Ensure that products or services meet quality standards, which may involve setting quality criteria, monitoring outputs, and conducting audits.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet production targets, including manpower, materials, and time management.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock to meet demand while minimizing waste, often liaising with suppliers and managing procurement processes.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Manage a team, which includes scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating performance.
