POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Assistant Marketing Manager will assist with Marketing and PR initiatives and manage Social Media requirements. Responsibilities include updating digital channels and handling influencer requests. The role may involve varying working hours due to social events.
Compliance with Marriott International policies and procedures is essential. The candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and guests to provide excellent customer service through modern technology and social media channels.
Assisting in implementing the Marketing and PR Strategy and handling day-to-day requests is expected. The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the PR agency to ensure effective communication of the brand image and hotel identity.
Additional responsibilities include organizing events, managing photography and video production for social media, and analyzing marketing campaigns.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; additional education in sales and marketing preferred.
Experience: At least 2-3 years as a Marketing Executive/Specialist or 1 year as Assistant Marketing Manager. Supervisory experience preferred.
