Job Description:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems, enabling seamless data exchange and enhancing overall business processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CRM applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Create detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and training purposes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, helping them navigate and utilize the CRM system effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, contributing technical insights to shape the development strategy.
