Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Graphics Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist. This role combines visual design expertise with digital marketing skills to create compelling content and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

1. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
2. Design and edit videos, animations, and other multimedia content.
3. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and messaging.

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing.
2. Create engaging content for social media and manage posting schedules to increase engagement and followers.
3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
4. Collaborate on SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and online visibility.

1. Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies that align with overall business goals.
2. Stay updated on the latest trends in design and digital marketing to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
4. Excellent creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
5. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
