Sr QC Inspector

Job Description

Inspection:

1. Incoming raw material inspection per specifications and report all non-conformance per the established QMS procedures.
2. In-process Inspection at various manufacturing sections per project requirements (ITP), identifying all non-conformance, and generating reports.
3. Carry out Fabrication and Welding inspection as per the established WPS/PQR and applicable welding codes.
4. Organize third-party NDT in RT and UT and evaluate the reports.

Laboratory Testing:

1. Perform applicable laboratory tests on PU chemicals, insulation, and raw materials and generate reports.
