We are looking for an experienced Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a preferred Indian national with excellent communication and customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of the Call Center Operator will be to:
Answer incoming calls and provide customer service to our clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, process requests, and manage complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Good problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent telephone etiquette and a polite demeanor when dealing with customers.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desired.
This is a part-time position and no English language proficiency is required.
