Sales Executive (Interiors)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for soft furnishing, upholstery, curtains, and other soft furnishing products.
2. Conduct B2B and B2C outdoor sales.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including interior designers, architects, contractors, and end-users.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
7. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
8. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify opportunities for growth.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
11. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and services and expand the client network.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry, with a focus on soft furnishings products and high knowledge of manufacturing of furniture.
3. Strong understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and materials.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
6. Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
