Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers and Program Managers to join a leading team specializing in SCADA, PLC systems, and industrial automation solutions across Utilities, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.

These Dubai-based roles involve overseeing the execution of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and effectively managing resources across various industries.

Responsibilities & Functions:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of automation projects while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Supervise resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project flow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical staff, and system integrators.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring project continuity.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Strong background in managing industrial automation projects, with expertise in SCADA/PLC systems.
• Experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Location:

This position is based in Dubai and offers a competitive salary range between 20,000 and 30,000 AED per month, plus an attractive benefits package.
