Senior Portfolio Manager, Crypto Fund - Dubai/Remote

AP Executive have partnered with a dynamic crypto/digital asset fund who are looking to hire an experienced and high-performing Portfolio Manager. The fund is designed to outperform Bitcoin on a risk-adjusted basis. Backed by a world-class team, the fund employs thematic token selection and dynamic capital allocation strategies to maximize returns. The firm invests in mid and large-cap liquid digital assets with favorable tokenomics, leveraging both discretionary and quantitative methodologies.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the strategy and construction of the fund, developing multi-strategy investment frameworks while maintaining strong risk and liquidity frameworks. You will use your expertise to analyze high-potential digital assets (qualitative and quantitative methods) whilst optimizing fund allocation. You will work as part of a high-functioning team that collaborates closely with investors to drive first-class returns.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Portfolio Manager with a proven track record at a high-performing investment fund. The ideal candidate will lead portfolio construction, dynamic risk allocation, and execution strategies to drive alpha generation. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in digital asset markets, structured products, and cross-asset trading. You should have 10+ years of experience in a high-quality hedge fund, asset manager, or digital asset fund of institutional quality. A strong academic track record with a professional qualification (CFA or similar) is preferred.

The package will comprise a base salary and significant carry/upside based upon strong performance. Please note that the salary referenced is total compensation.
