Job description

Prime Luxury Properties Dubai is dedicated to elevating Dubai's skyline with unparalleled homes that embody the epitome of luxury living.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
  2. Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  3. Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  4. Creating lists for real estate sale/ rent properties.
  5. Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  6. Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  4. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
