Reporting to the Owner / Manager, the Head Chef is responsible for the entire setup of this brand new, standalone restaurant including creating the menu, sourcing suppliers, assisting with recruiting the team, and managing the budgets and costs. Leading a small team and working closely with the Front of House Manager, this is an exciting new opportunity.
The desired candidate will be trained by a Japanese Sushi Master and preferably have worked in authentic Japanese Sushi restaurants. Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean candidates are highly sought. Pre-opening experience in the UAE is also highly desirable.
