Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in civil engineering to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
2. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and oversee their implementation.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
6. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, timelines, and any issues encountered.
7. Review and manage all project documentation, contracts, and permits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
8. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
3. Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
4. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
5. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
6. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
7. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to project changes and challenges.
8. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
