About Us:

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer who can take charge of designing a product from the ground up and lead its journey toward delivering exceptional user experiences.

Role Overview:
As a UX Designer at Voizzit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's design vision and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft designs that are not only visually appealing but also accessible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work in close partnership with the engineering and product teams to ensure designs align with technical and business requirements.
2. Lead the end-to-end product design process from concept to execution, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
3. Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to support a global and diverse user base.
4. Scalability: Design systems that can easily adapt to new features, platforms, and branding needs.
5. Documentation & Communication: Develop comprehensive design documentation to facilitate adoption and usage of design patterns across teams.
6. Product Thinking: Break down complex requirements into modular, user-friendly design components.
7. Global Mindset: Design for a diverse user base, considering cultural and language differences.
8. User Research: Conduct and apply user research insights to drive informed design decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with the ability to rapidly create prototypes.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking methodologies effectively.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and standards.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience designing for global audiences and diverse cultural contexts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
