Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in delivery services to lead and optimize our operations in the Middle East. The COO will oversee the company's operational strategies, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional service quality while aligning with our growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in logistics, delivery services, or related industries, with in-depth knowledge of the Middle Eastern market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Operational Management:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Implement processes to optimize resource allocation, routing, and delivery schedules.

Market and Regulatory Expertise:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, including licensing and safety standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and mentor high-performing operational teams across multiple geographies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Technology and Innovation:
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline delivery operations.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in logistics, delivery services, or e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a COO or equivalent role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural, logistical, and regulatory nuances.
- Proven ability to scale operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in technology-driven logistics solutions and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
