We are looking for a reliable and motivated Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to work effectively in a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of laboratory safety principles and procedures, be able to follow instructions and take direction from medical staff, and have strong attention to detail. You should also have good organizational skills to maintain accurate records of patients' blood samples.

Responsibilities:

1. Drawing blood from patients for testing or donation.
2. Preparing the patient by explaining the procedure.
3. Using equipment according to protocol.
4. Labeling the specimen correctly.
5. Disposing of all materials properly.
6. Ensuring that all specimens are collected efficiently and safely.
7. Completing all paperwork accurately and on time.
