Mechanical Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and firefighting systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with industry standards and regulations.
4. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
5. Produce material take-off and bill of quantities as per the project requirements.
6. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of drawings and plans.
7. Stay updated with the latest design and drafting technologies and methodologies.
