Secondary ICT Teacher

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

1. Excellent subject knowledge of the National Curriculum of England
2. Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in ICT
3. Subject knowledge with an ability and willingness to teach across KS3 and KS4
4. GCSE experience is desirable but not essential
5. Strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge
6. The capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
7. Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend student’s learning experiences
8. Experience in using data from internal assessments and standardised tests and external assessments to track student progress
9. Experience in teaching EAL students is essential
