Digital Operations Specialist

Responsibilities include:

1. Line manage staff with Digital Innovation responsibilities.
2. Liaise with the IT Manager to ensure the school has suitable infrastructure to support Digital Innovation.
3. Support teachers to plan and prepare for effective integration of digital and innovative approaches.
4. Support teachers to use a variety of appropriate resources and teaching strategies, to create lessons which cater to different abilities to motivate and engage all students.
5. Assess quality and effectiveness of SZPAB's Digital Innovation on a regular basis.
6. Lead the application of Apple Distinguished Schools and review regularly.
7. Mentor teachers through Apple designations to further develop the school.
8. Support teachers to utilize the best digital and innovative approaches to assessment and teacher/student dialogue.
