Data Analytics & BI Lead

We are currently looking for a Data Analytics & BI Lead to join a newly established Data Analytics division for a highly reputed financial services client in Dubai.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Reporting: Improving, controlling, and delivering business reporting and analysis.
2. Insights: Lead data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights. Oversee development of reports and dashboards.
3. Performance Management: Manage the design and implementation of incentive KPI plans.
4. Data Science & AI: Implement Data Science and AI strategy.
5. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI professionals.

Technical Skills Needed

Hands-on experience overseeing data analysis, reporting, data visualization, BI tools, incentive management, and compensation. Bring experiences of how Data Science & AI can influence, improve, and drive performance through better data-driven changes.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team of BI professionals and ideally extensive experience in Data Analytics within banking or financial services environments. You should be able to portray a record of developing and implementing successful BI and analytic-driven projects.
