Office Assistant And Data Entry Operator

Intermediate School (General (College Proprietary))

Nationality: Any Arab National, Indian, Nepali, Any Nationality

Annual Leaves As Per Labour Law, Commission, Visa, Annual Bonus, Paid Leaves, Travel Allowance

Job Description:

  • Accurately enter and manage data in the company's databases and systems.
  • Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling, and managing emails.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments and maintain schedules for team members.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in data entry, administrative, or similar roles.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Note: 1 week training will be provided for this role.
