Associate Researcher (Financial Services)

• The Researcher plays a pivotal role, supporting the Consultants and Research colleagues by providing high quality, thorough research in response to specific requirements and business development opportunities.
• Knowledge generation and management is a key requirement of the role; searching both internal and external resources and proactively identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing information. You will help develop the creative processes and strategies to extract, capture and share relevant knowledge from within and outside of the organization and manage it appropriately.
• Project management skills will be required, being able to compile productive work plans, holding the client team accountable against agreed expectations, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and aligned with the project objectives and client expectations.
• Development of complex and high-quality documentation, such as pitch presentations, assignment literature, reports, and research summaries must be clear, concise, and tailored to individual client requirements.

Requirements

• We are seeking candidates with in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry, especially within the banking industry, and experience in conducting complex research on industry segments involving various research methodologies.
• Candidates will be critical thinkers, able to identify connections and recommend actions.
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) are required; Arabic would be advantageous, along with strong project management ability.
• Candidates will be University graduates with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent IT ability in using online databases and search engines is essential, with a strong ‘hands-on’ approach and ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
