Safety Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Developing, implementing, and continually improving the Company's EH&S programs and procedures to ensure Health and Safety.
2. Ensuring compliance with Corporate EH&S policies as well as local & international EH&S standards and requirements and liaising with external authorities on EH&S compliance issues as required.
3. Conducting regular site inspections for all environmental health and safety related matters.
4. Reviewing incident investigation reports and providing feedback and suggestions on follow-up plans.
5. Ensuring EH&S records are maintained and up to date and providing EH&S analysis and reporting to the Corporate office.
6. Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Qualifications

1. You have at least 3 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
2. You have NEBOSH certification.
3. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
4. You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
5. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
