BlackStone eIT is actively seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to communicate effectively with development teams and stakeholders, articulate project requirements, and drive the successful implementation of complex technical solutions. Your strong leadership skills and project management experience will be essential in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals while managing client expectations.
Create, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
Coordinate and lead project scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization with technical teams.
Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and risks, and proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Conduct regular project status meetings and effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
Foster a collaborative approach by serving as the key liaison among technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the development and adherence to best practices and standards in project management.
Oversee project delivery from conception to implementation while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technical or software development environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
Proven experience managing technical projects with a solid track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical proficiency in software development practices and tools is a plus.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
