Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at SAMANA Developers in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with brokers and clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clients, providing property information, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns to enhance client experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai with a developer
2. Having a good Dubai real estate network
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
5. Customer service orientation and client management experience
6. Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
