The Talent Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals within an organization. They collaborate with department managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies. The Talent Manager also oversees the performance appraisal process, provides coaching and development opportunities, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, they analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate future talent needs and implement proactive initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate with department managers to identify talent needs and develop job profiles.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Supervise the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop proactive talent management strategies.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
