Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a real estate sales / leasing Agent in Abu Dhabi. The Agent will be responsible for conducting property sales, providing excellent customer service, and showcasing real property to potential buyers. The role will also involve negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  1. Showings: Conduct property showings to prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
  2. Marketing: Assist in marketing efforts, including creating property listings, managing online advertising, and participating in open houses.
  3. Tenant Screening: Review tenant applications, conduct background checks, and verify rental history.
  4. Lease Agreements: Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  6. Property Management: Assist with property management tasks, such as rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
  7. Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and achieving high occupancy rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  2. Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  7. Familiarity with local real estate market and property management software a plus.
  8. At least 2 years prior sales experience in Abu Dhabi.
  9. Motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
  11. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
