Job Description:

We are seeking talented Telesales representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs and interests to identify qualified prospects.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our off-plan property offerings.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or a related field within the real estate industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. English, French, Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
