Recruiter

Job Purpose:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices. This role reports directly to the HR team lead and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
3. Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
4. Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
5. Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
6. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
7. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
8. Assist in evaluating candidates and facilitate the decision-making process.
9. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
10. Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
11. Conduct orientation sessions and provide relevant documentation and training materials.
12. Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
13. Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.
14. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
15. Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
16. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer visibility.
17. Engage in initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and company culture.

Skills required:

1. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
5. Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
6. Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in the automotive or service industry.

Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
