We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator - Security Services Retail and Hospitality to join our Transguard Security Services team located in Dubai.

Scope: To manage and operate the required subsection of the TGSS division that’s been allocated. The role will be heavy on day-to-day responsibilities such as meeting customers, fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements, including admin tasks, invoicing, site visits, and dealing with security staff issues. Mobile & remote working may be required to ensure they are part of the successful management team helping achieve the company's mission and goals. TGSS coordinators are the bridge between the management team and the site teams and are a key part of the day-to-day security operation and management structure, producing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement logs that translate into savings for the company.
  • Manage financial elements as directed by the wider operations team and provide support for site-based staff with financial queries.
  • Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.

Customer

  • Respond to queries efficiently within a timely manner as per KPI, SLA, SOPs.
  • Strive to exceed customer and client expectations.
  • Maintain high standard levels while on the road with TGSS vehicles and adhere to UAE driving rules and regulations.
  • Support the daily activities of the Operations Center, assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved.

Process

  • Responsible for specific trackers, admin elements, and day-to-day requirements such as T&A, Payroll, Equipment Audit Trackers, etc.
  • Meet all requests within the agreed timescale.
  • Interface regularly with the SOC; support the management and control processes for all operational areas, e.g., the auditing of contract performance on site.
  • Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified time period, liaising with SOC and the contract management team; help ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of all procedures involving operational areas; assist in implementing and maintaining all required administrative procedures and policies in line with divisional needs.
  • Oversee the work carried out by the site team ensuring that all client requirements are met; conduct TBT at sites and ensure this has been carried out by the supervisor/senior supervisor.
  • Ensure all records relating to disciplinary action and incident reports are collated and referenced.
  • Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Report any site-specific improvements as directed or suggested.
  • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are met and CI targets achieved.
