Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager, Store Design at Sweet Greens. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and layout of our restaurant spaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. Daily tasks include conceptualizing store designs, collaborating with vendors, and managing design projects to enhance our brand identity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, and Store Layout Design skills
• Experience in managing design projects and collaborating with vendors
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Relevant degree in Design, Interior Design, or related field
