Job Description:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in Brokerage, Real Estate and Sales is a must.
2. Proven track of sales or lease.
3. Strong customer care service skills.
4. Knowledge of Real Estate Market trends, regulations and standards.
5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
6. Fluent in English (Farsi, Urdu, Chinese, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish or any other language is a plus).
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Must have a Driving License and car.
