Support Manager (Malayalees, Egyptians, English Speakers, Part-Time, Own Visa) - Ajman, UAE
We are looking for an organized and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a variety of departments and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We are open to considering candidates from Malayalee, Egyptian, or English-speaking backgrounds who possess the necessary skills and qualifications and are eligible for their own visa. Part-time options may also be available.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and preparing reports
Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
Working with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate records of all activities related to support management
Performing basic troubleshooting tasks as needed
Providing training and guidance to new employees when necessary
Making suggestions on how to improve operational efficiency
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
