Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Human Resources: Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company guidelines. Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless integration into the company. Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. Manage employee records, maintaining accurate and confidential information. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other perks. Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and disciplinary actions. Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and compliance documentation. Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Recruiter or HR Specialist, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Fluency in English.
With own visa.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with recruitment agencies and headhunting.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
