Job Description:

• Conduct regular inspections of product systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Document maintenance activities and product modifications meticulously, ensuring accurate records for compliance and future reference.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for product maintenance and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels of tools and spare parts, ensuring readiness for immediate repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct quality assurance checks post-repair to verify product performance meets established specifications.
• Engage with customers to provide technical support and guidance on product usage and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continually improve maintenance strategies and product life cycle management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is essential to understand complex systems.
• Certification in product maintenance or technical troubleshooting is highly preferred to demonstrate specialized skills.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product maintenance within a similar industry is required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment will be advantageous for adaptability.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus for diverse work environments.
• Strong technical skills in diagnostic tools and repair techniques are essential for effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills are critical for liaising with team members and clients about technical issues.
• A proactive approach and strong analytical skills are important for identifying potential issues before they arise.
• Physical stamina and dexterity are required to perform hands-on maintenance tasks and work in various environments.
