Social Media Producer Temporary role

We’re an ambitious and dynamic platform dedicated to showcasing the best of Dubai. We are on the lookout for a talented Social Media Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a phone-filming expert with the ability to produce quick, high-quality edits. They have an understanding of what works on social media combined with strong planning and coordination skills to create impactful content that meets client expectations.

Duration: February 24 to March 21

Key Responsibilities

1. Film, edit, and produce commercial content using a smartphone; edit videos quickly and professionally, tailoring them for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
2. Write captivating captions.
3. Plan and manage a detailed shoot calendar, coordinating shoot locations, timings, and logistics while prioritizing strict adherence to deadlines.
4. Act as the point of contact during shoots, ensuring professional communication with clients.
5. Read, understand, and interpret client briefs thoroughly to align content with their expectations.
6. Deliver content that meets or exceeds client standards and goals.
7. Work closely with the social media, commercial, and video teams to align on creative direction and campaign goals.
8. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices to ensure content achieves high reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For in a Candidate

1. Confidence going out and about shooting and editing videos on smartphones to create killer social content.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Ambitious and a natural optimist.
4. Superb organizational and communication skills.
5. Excellent grasp of social trends and best practices.
6. Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and take initiative.
7. Experience across a wide range of social media platforms.
8. Ability to self-supervise and meet deadlines.
9. Attend events during out-of-office hours.
10. Languages: Fluent in spoken English; Arabic a plus.
