Content Creator- REAL ESTATE

We are currently seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to produce engaging video content and captivating copy for our brand. This position requires exceptional creativity, a curiosity for unique and novel products, and the ability to showcase these products on social media platforms to capture the audience's attention.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce creative and engaging social media video content, including product showcases, usage demonstrations, and user stories.
2. Write compelling and captivating copy to complement video content and increase audience engagement.
3. Participate in on-location shoots for unique and novel products, including outdoor activities, product displays, and user testimonials.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media content aligns with the brand's strategy.
5. Keep track of social media trends and competitors to continuously refine and optimize content strategies.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding of the unique characteristics and audiences on each platform.
2. Proficient in photography and video editing, with the ability to operate shooting equipment and editing software effectively.
3. Infinite creativity to craft interesting narratives and visual effects for products.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
5. Enthusiasm for trying new things and a strong interest in unique and novel products.
