Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exports Sales Manager for our Clients to manage and expand their sales operations for the assigned international market. The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution, business development or export sales, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics industry, and be familiar with the market dynamics of these regions.

Role 1: Export Sales Manager (CIS & Russian Market)

Role 2: Export Sales Manager (Middle East & African Market)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the export sales strategy to achieve the assigned sales target and market share growth in assigned international markets.
  • Identify potential markets for expansion and assess competitive landscapes in assigned region.
  • Analyze trends and demands in the beauty and cosmetics industry to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Develop and manage the export sales budget, ensuring cost-efficiency in all export-related activities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics regularly to senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients in assigned regions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with international clients to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional efforts and increase brand visibility in international markets.
  • Ensure all export transactions adhere to international trade regulations, customs laws, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and regulatory requirements in each export market.
  • Offer product training and support to international distributors to ensure successful market penetration and product sales.
  • Provide excellent customer support to international clients and resolve any post-sale issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in export sales within the beauty, cosmetics, perfumes or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should be fluent in Russian language to handle the CIS & Russian Markets
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
