The job holder is responsible for aligning the brand’s strategic direction along with development of long-term and short-term marketing plans and execution for designated geography. Also responsible for market share, brand equity, agency management, and financial performance of the brand.
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values for developing and delivering Annual Marketing/ Category/ Product Group/ Brand Plan in respect of Volumes, Market Share, and Margins in Domestic markets; as consistent with the annual business plan.
- Generate long-term customer/consumer demand and salience for categories, group of products/brands and develop a Marketing Strategy.
- Create Marketing campaigns and determine appropriate Media-mix viz: TV, Print, hoarding, radio, point of sales, and internet etc.
- Develop marketing budgets in terms of ATL/BTL, its prudent deployment, and ensure budgeted category/product group/brand margins.
- Determine marketing/consumer research objectives with regard to existing and new products, initiate market research, and integrate research findings into product plans.
- Work with R&D for formulating new product agendas and recipe cost management.
- Launch New Products/New Packs/Packaging as planned.

Work Experience Requirement
- 6 – 14 yrs. of relevant experience in assigned categories and products.
- Experience in assigned geographies.

Qualification
Must have a Degree; a Master’s in Marketing is preferable.
