Job description

Job Summary: A Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the service center and customers, offering consulting on maintenance and repairs, and relaying information to the service technicians. A great service advisor candidate is professional, friendly, organized, and experienced in the field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
  2. Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
  3. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections
  4. Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  5. Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed

Qualifications:

  1. Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
  2. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Punctual and reliable
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English

Compensation: Competitive Salary Package (AED5,000 + commission)
