Job Description

• Knowledge of local UAE authority codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of HVAC designing software such as HAP, ducting design, piping design, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Knowledge of basic AutoCAD drafting.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing (water supply/drainage/storm water/pump flow & head/ESP) calculations.
• Knowledge of all types of AC systems (Air-cooled Chillers/Water Cooled Chillers/District cooling/DX/VRF/Package).
• Knowledge of basic designing of other Mechanical services (firefighting and gas).
• Good writing and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech, B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of plans, designs, prints, specifications, and schematics.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the MEP Design field.
• Preferred experience in commercial buildings (Supermarkets, Malls, etc.).
• Good knowledge of construction procedures and practices.
• AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office software experience required.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
