MEP Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, etc.
2. Repair and maintenance work in a wide range of MEP equipment.
3. Perform regular maintenance work on AC system.
4. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
5. Install, replace or repair equipment and parts damaged on AC system.
6. PPM for HVAC.
7. Troubleshoot, repair, and install new compressors, AC leakage.
8. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
9. Knowledge of DB modification and providing solutions for electrical issues.
10. Electrical troubleshooting.
11. Diagnose electrical malfunctions, power tripping, and power outages.
12. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, water tanks, pumps, and sump pit systems.
13. Diagnose leakage and blockage, understanding the drainage and water supply system.
14. PPM for plumbing systems.
15. Knowledge of plumbing system parts and accessories.
16. Install water tanks, water heaters, and all relevant plumbing works.
17. Minor carpentry work, painting jobs, gypsum installation access hatch.
18. Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
19. Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
20. Repair all plumbing fixtures and equipment.
21. Receive and complete work orders within allotted time in line with SLA & KPI, with quality & satisfactory.
22. Maintain inspection and inventory of owned tools, equipment, and materials.
23. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
24. Respond to all CM & PPM within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
25. Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and report to supervisors/superiors.
26. Coordinate with other teams/customers/reporters and ensure satisfactory completion of work.
27. Promote a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
28. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve emergency requirements.
29. Provide proper explanation, coordination, and handover of any pending issues to supervisor and the next shift.
